About Yoga
Move well, feel better
Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathwork and mindful movement to build strength, flexibility and balance, while supporting mental wellbeing. At Ironstone, we offer a range of styles (from gentler options through to more challenging flows) with expert teachers who can adapt poses for different abilities, so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.
About Hot Yoga
Warmth that unlocks movement
Hot yoga is simply yoga practised in a heated studio, typically 37–40°C, which helps warm the muscles so you can move more freely, deepen stretches safely, and work up a sweat. If you prefer a lighter heat, we also run warm yoga (28–30°C) and normal temperature classes. Expect a strong focus on breath-led movement, with options ranging from flowing sequences to slower, longer-held poses.
