About Original Hot Yoga
Original Hot Yoga, or Bikram Yoga as it is also known, is one of several types of Hot yoga which we teach in the Ironstone Wellbeing centre in Kettering. This style is a repeated practice where each class consists of the same 26 ancient Hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. Every class will be the same.

What to bring to your class
We have onsite parking and full showering facilities available at Ironstone. To ensure you have a great experience, there are a few things that you'll need to bring for yourself:

for a soft surface to practice on
Hot yoga towel
to prevent slipping

to stay hydrated during the class
