About Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the most common form of yoga in the western world. Hatha is derived from Sanskrit the sun (ha) and the moon (tha) – the yoga of balance. A Hatha practice is designed to align both body and mind to calm and relax an individual. The aim is to unite opposites, for instance left and right.
This type of yoga is ideal for beginners due to its relaxed and gentle pace, although it can still be challenging. The term Hatha is very broad, so we recommend you try out all the instructors we offer to find who and what works best for you.
We have expert teachers who can adapt and guide you throughout so you will leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and energised. Regular practice in one of our yoga studios in Kettering, will leave you reaping the benefits. Try Hatha Yoga in Kettering at the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre for yourself!
