At Ironstone, our mat-based Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, with expert teachers who adapt exercises and offer progressions so you can work at the right pace for your body.
About Reformer
Resistance that transforms
Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with a moving carriage and adjustable springs to add resistance and support, challenging your strength, mobility and range of motion in a precise, controlled way. It’s a brilliant next step if you want to progress your Pilates practice, and at Ironstone it’s available as group sessions, 1:1, or 2:1.
