About Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates was invented by Joseph Pilates and is a piece of apparatus which helps you to find length, core strength and muscle engagement within your practice. Just like Pilates this workout will not only strengthen your core, but will also improve, strength, stamina, flexibility and of course posture. This is a great practice which will better your everyday life and wellbeing
A Reformer is a bed-like frame with a flat platform that rolls back and forth on wheels. The platform is called the carriage and is attached on one end by a set of different strength resistance springs. As you progress you can increase/decrease the resistance depending on the exercise to challenge yourself further.
