Hot Classes at Ironstone
Move, sweat, rest, repeat
Hot Classes at Ironstone bring together your favourite heated sessions in our purpose-built hot studio - from Hot Yoga (including styles like Original Hot Yoga, Flow/Vinyasa, Rocket, Hot Hatha and Hot Yin) to Hot Pilates, all practised in 37–40°C heat.
If you love the benefits of heat but want more choice, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga can also be practised at normal, warm (28–30°C), or hot temperatures - so you can match the class to your mood, energy levels, and experience.
Benefits of Hot Classes
Why train in the heat at Ironstone?
From relaxing the muscles to burning more calories, hot classes have a range of benefits for everyone.
Improves flexibility
Warm muscles allow you to stretch more comfortably and safely, helping you build mobility and range of motion over time.
Burns more calories
The heat increases the intensity of the session, helping you work harder and burn more calories in the same class time.
Builds strength and control
From yoga postures to Pilates principles, hot classes develop strength, balance, and muscle control across the whole body.
Improves posture
Hot Pilates supports core strength and alignment, which can help improve posture and support the lower back.
Focuses the mind
Heat & breath-led movement encourages a mindful state, helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded afterwards.
Deepens breath connection
Especially in Hatha, breathwork is central, helping you create a stronger sense of balance in body and mind.
