Recovery Classes
An all inclusive way to build strength and regain range of motion after an injury, illness or operation.
Regardless of age, ailment or body size, this class opens up the benefits and joy of exercise for EVERYONE!
We’ll use mats, blocks, straps and even a chair to support you if you have limited mobility or you’re living with a chronic and on going illness to return to fitness and full health.
You will stretch, increase your flexibility, strength and mobility which in turn will improve not just your physical but overall mental wellbeing as well. The class will be instructed by Helen, who is yoga, chair yoga and Level 3 Exercise Referral trained and able to plan classes or personal programmes.

Recovery Pilates Classes
Looking for a safe way to move again? This session is specifically designed for those navigating injury recovery, chronic pain, or limited mobility. Led by an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute)-qualified instructor, we bridge the gap between physiotherapy and fitness.
By blending traditional Pilates mat work with supportive chair-based exercise and using the APPI method, we focus on safety and functional mobility. We incorporate both chairs and the mat to keep the impact low and the accessibility high, making it the perfect choice for anyone who finds a standard mat class too demanding on the joints

Les Mills Thrive
LES MILLS THRIVE is a 45-minute, low-impact class designed to keep you strong, mobile and independent — whatever your starting point. Each session builds lower-body and core strength, balance and flexibility, using movements like lunges and squats that translate directly into everyday activities like walking and getting up from a chair.
Every exercise has built-in options, from balance-supported to resistance-based, so you can move at your own pace within the group. It's an ideal entry point if you're managing an injury, returning to exercise after time away, or simply want a class that builds real strength without high-impact strain on your joints.
