What should I wear?
Leggings or close fitting sports wear (very loose clothing could get caught in Reformer benches/in the way of a yoga flow) are recommended with grip socks required on your feet (bring your own or purchase as part of your bespoke bundle). A towel is recommended for the Reformer class, mats and props can be provided for yoga. Water is available throughout. Lockers are also available free of charge for your use in the changing rooms.
How long is a private Reformer Pilates class?

The Ironstone Wellbeing Centre is conveniently located on the new Kettering Business Park, which is just off the A14, the perfect location for people living in Kettering, Corby and surrounding villages.
